Aerial Dance: An empowering, uplifting mind/body workout. Learn to weave through the fabrics with grace as you grow stronger and more flexible. Explore opportunities to hang upside down and express yourself through movement. Class level: All Levels. Class intensity: You’ll Feel it!
Aerial Yoga: Aerial Yoga has been one of the fastest growing practices integrating classical yoga postures with the weightlessness of an aerial sling (rotating single point hammock). The creative technique builds strength and flexibility limiting pressure and weight on the body. The result is fun, challenging, and therapeutic – making that “yoga-high” quite literal with its unique advantages and inversions. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. “Adults” (15-ish and up) are welcome. All sessions this spring are beginner/foundations unless otherwise noted. Closer fitting clothes are better. Covering your skin with long pants that are not too loose or leggings may be best. Eat lightly 2 hours before class time. Class level: All Levels. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Bhakti Flow begins and ends with chanting Sanskrit mantras like “Om” “Shanti” & “Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu” to calm your mind,
deepen your practice, and elevate your consciousness. This is an all levels slow flow practice with props and modifications to help you begin your week aligned inside & out. Class level: All levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Community Yoga: This class is donation based for anyone who would like to come experience our studio. Each weekly class is taught by one of our skilled instructors giving students a taste of our various teaching styles. Class level: All Levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Chakra Flow Series: The class format is a beginner friendly, all inclusive combination of gentle flow sequencing with invitational cueing , breath work, meditation and mudra tailored specifically for the chakra of the week. Class level: All Levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Flow + Restore: A therapeutic yoga aimed to move stagnant energy with a theme based yoga practice aimed at deep breath and mindful movement sequences and safe alignment. 75 minute class that starts flowing and ends in grounded poses to deeply stretch and restorative poses to complete in deep restoration. Class is a blend of flowing yoga movement for the first 1/2 of the practice then going into yin + restorative poses to complete with a juicy yoga nidra savasana. Class level: All Levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Gentle Flow: This class is slow and steady! Through a mix of grounded and standing postures, we will cultivate a deep focus on marrying our breath with our movement. All the postures are accessible and intended to feel-good. This yoga class is great for a recovery day or if your body is craving some gentle movement. Class level: All levels/good for beginners. Good Morning Body: Rise to meet your morning with this empowering Vinyasa flow. Join us in a practice of connecting breath, mantra and movement in a fun and freeing space together. Channel the spirit of the sun and come fill your heart with light! All levels are warmly welcome. *please feel encouraged to bring a talisman or a totem to place at the top of your mat for practice* Class level: All levels. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Hula Hoop Fitness: "It's impossible NOT to smile while hula hooping!" Get ready to sweat AND smile while we integrate low impact cardio, yoga, Pilates, and barre all while using the weighted fitness hula hoops! This up-tempo class is set to great music that will have you dancing and most importantly having fun with fitness! No previous hooping experience required. Class level: All levels. Class intensity: You’ll feel it!
Kundalini: Cleansing and revitalizing, this Yoga of Awareness combines breath, eye focus, postures and movement, body locks, mantra and meditation to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, boost immune function and build mental focus, as well as core muscle strength.

Prenatal Yoga class is geared for all stages of pregnancy, and is a modified yoga practice that assists each mother through the strategic use of the props to create an optimal practice. Prenatal Yoga will help increase your inner strength needed for childbirth preparation & the birthing experience. In this class we will learn to connect to the breath, connect to the womb, relieve back tension through the alignment and use of the props, and find community with other moms on this journey to motherhood. Restorative Yoga: This class is remembering your way back to the peaceful place within where you are always whole and healed. Restorative yoga asanas, the power of breath, energy work, sound therapy and often incorporating reiki supportive touch and aromatherapy. Poses (asanas) are done lying or sitting and supported by blankets, bolsters or blocks. Class level: All levels. Class intensity: Ahhhhh!
Restorative Flow: Opening with meditation and breath work before beginning our asana practice. You’ll be guided through strength and endurance building poses during the vinyasa portion of our practice. These will be slow holds, focusing on alignment and the body/mind connection. We’ll then round out our practice with our restorative part of the sequence, 3-5 minute long poses where your body is completely supported by props so you can be guided through the meditative aspect of each pose. Recover + Restore: This therapeutic yoga class is based on sequences and themes of recovery for those in a 12 step program and/or for those just looking to restore the body and mind with intentional self care and loving breath and body awareness yoga. All are welcome to join this restorative yoga class with breath awareness and longer meditative savasana. No experience needed, just a desire to recover your calm and restore back to your serene being. Class level: All levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Ahhhhh!
Slow Flow focuses on finding our foundational support. We will use our awareness and pranayama to explore our stillness and flow in yoga postures. In this space we allow our minds and bodies to be made strong, and more flexible. Class level: All levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Taoist Yoga: Postures of stillness and movement for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, enhancing circulation, developing core strength, muscle tone, balance, and stamina. Taoist movement provides relaxed confidence, fluidity and grace in the body. Class level: All levels/good for beginners. Class intensity: Everyday Namaste.
Vinyasa Flow will give you the time and the space you need to connect with your body & breath while having a playful time on your mat! This groovy practice builds heat through marrying breath with creative sequencing allowing the body & breath to dance together. Vinyasa Flow is an all levels class, come as you are! Class Level: Adv. beginner/intermediate. Class intensity: You’ll feel it!
Vinyasa Strength: An inspiring yoga practice that provides an opportunity to go deeper within while strengthening the body-mind connection. Includes breathwork, dynamic core work, shoulder strengthening, hip opening and using the wall to deepen alignment and build balance strength. Class Level: Adv. beginner/intermediate. Beginner
Beginner classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga and ready to start their journey. These sessions focus on slow-paced instruction with detailed guidance on basic yoga poses and breathing techniques, helping you build a solid foundation.
Adv. Beginner & Up
Advanced Beginner & Up classes are for students who have some familiarity with basic yoga poses and proper alignment. These classes are ideal for those looking to deepen their practice and gain a stronger understanding of poses and breathwork. They’re also great for experienced yogis seeking to revisit foundational techniques or enjoy a less intense session.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes are designed for students with a solid grasp of yoga postures and the connection between breath and movement. These sessions introduce a broader range of poses and styles, challenging students to refine their practice and expand their skills.
Adv. Intermediate
Advanced Intermediate classes cater to experienced yogis who are comfortable with a variety of poses and are ready for more advanced techniques. These sessions focus on mastering the integration of breath and movement, with more complex sequences and postures.

Come as you are! All Levels classes welcome everyone. These classes provide modifications, allowing you to adjust the practice to your individual needs and abilities, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience.

Ahhhhhh - Lowest Intensity
These classes are designed to soothe and relax. Let go of stress and tension and say, "ahhhhhh"!
Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity
Classes labeled "Everyday Namaste" are low to medium intensity. Get your yoga fix with minimal sweat.
You'll Feel It - Medium Intensity
Now we're getting into classes that will work your muscles and make you work up a sweat!
